No Parking? No Problem!
The sign prohibits parking from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. I took the photo at 10:15 a.m.
In Perils of Passage, Part I, I wrote "The basic rule is that 'parking is allowed unless explicitly prohibited.'"
